ShareMemo 利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、iWorks（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「ShareMemo」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に同意いただいた上で、本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用）

1. 本規約は、ユーザーと当方との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
2. 当方が本アプリ上で掲載するプライバシーポリシーその他の規定は、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。

第2条（サブスクリプション）

2.1 サブスクリプションの内容

また、サブスクリプションとは別に「広告非表示」の買い切りプランも提供しています。

サブスクリプションの解約（自動更新の停止）は、以下の手順で行うことができます。

iOSの場合

1. iPhoneの「設定」アプリを開く
2. 画面上部のご自身の名前をタップ
3. 「サブスクリプション」をタップ
4. 「ShareMemo」を選択
5. 「サブスクリプションをキャンセルする」をタップ

Androidの場合

1. Google Playストアアプリを開く
2. 右上のプロフィールアイコンをタップ
3. 「お支払いと定期購入」→「定期購入」をタップ
4. 「ShareMemo」を選択
5. 「定期購入を解約」をタップ

※ 解約後も、現在の契約期間が終了するまでは引き続きPlus機能をご利用いただけます。

2.4 無料トライアル

無料トライアル期間が提供される場合があります。トライアル期間中に解約しない場合、トライアル終了後に自動的に有料サブスクリプションが開始されます。未使用の無料トライアル期間は、サブスクリプション購入時に失効します。

2.5 返金について

サブスクリプションの返金については、Apple（iOS）またはGoogle（Android）の返金ポリシーに準拠します。返金をご希望の場合は、各プラットフォームのサポートにお問い合わせください。

第3条（利用登録）

1. 本アプリにおいては、登録希望者が本規約に同意の上、当方の定める方法によって利用登録を申請し、当方がこれを承認することによって、利用登録が完了するものとします。
2. 当方は、利用登録の申請者に以下の事由があると判断した場合、利用登録の申請を承認しないことがあります。
   • 虚偽の事項を届け出た場合
   • 本規約に違反したことがある者からの申請である場合
   • その他、当方が利用登録を相当でないと判断した場合

第4条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
3. 当方のサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
4. 本アプリの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
5. 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
6. 他のユーザーに成りすます行為
7. 当方のサービスに関連して、反社会的勢力に対して直接または間接に利益を供与する行為
8. 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、またはその他の方法でソースコードを取得しようとする行為
9. その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第5条（本アプリの提供の停止等）

1. 当方は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
   • 本アプリにかかるコンピュータシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
   • 地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本アプリの提供が困難となった場合
   • コンピュータまたは通信回線等が事故により停止した場合
   • その他、当方が本アプリの提供が困難と判断した場合
2. 当方は、本アプリの提供の停止または中断により、ユーザーまたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害について、理由を問わず一切の責任を負わないものとします。

第6条（免責事項）

1. 当方は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
2. 当方は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。
3. 当方は、本アプリに関して、ユーザーと他のユーザーまたは第三者との間において生じた取引、連絡または紛争等について一切責任を負いません。

第7条（サービス内容の変更等）

当方は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更したり、本アプリの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

第8条（利用規約の変更）

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリ上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第9条（個人情報の取扱い）

当方は、本アプリの利用によって取得する個人情報については、当方「プライバシーポリシー」に従い適切に取り扱うものとします。

第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

1. 本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
2. 本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当方の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

ShareMemo Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the mobile application "ShareMemo" ("the App") provided by iWorks ("we" or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the App.
2. The Privacy Policy and other rules posted on the App constitute part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Subscription)

2.1 Subscription Details

A separate one-time purchase option for "Ad Removal" is also available.

2.3 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription (stop auto-renewal) by following these steps:

For iOS

1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "ShareMemo"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap the profile icon in the top right
3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
4. Select "ShareMemo"
5. Tap "Cancel subscription"

* After cancellation, you can continue to use Plus features until the end of your current subscription period.

2.4 Free Trial

A free trial period may be offered. If you do not cancel during the trial period, a paid subscription will automatically begin after the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2.5 Refunds

Subscription refunds are subject to Apple's (iOS) or Google's (Android) refund policy. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the respective platform's support.

Article 3 (Registration)

1. Registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration through our designated method, and we approve the application.
2. We may decline registration applications if we determine that the applicant:
   • Has provided false information
   • Has previously violated these Terms
   • Is otherwise deemed inappropriate for registration

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the App:

1. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Activities related to criminal acts
3. Activities that destroy or interfere with our servers or network functions
4. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the App
5. Collecting or storing personal information about other users
6. Impersonating other users
7. Directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with our services
8. Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise obtain the source code of the App
9. Any other activities we deem inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

1. We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:
   • When performing maintenance or updates on the computer systems for the App
   • When provision of the App becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
   • When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
   • When we otherwise determine that provision of the App is difficult
2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of the App, regardless of the reason.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not warrant, either expressly or implicitly, that the App is free from defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the App.
3. We shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes between users or between users and third parties related to the App.

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content)

We may change the content of the App or discontinue the App without notice to users, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without notice to users if we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective upon posting on the App.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

We handle personal information obtained through use of the App appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location.
